Take the membership on its own, or bundle it with the SeeWhyLearning LLQP Certification Course that matches where you are licensing. You choose during registration, and we only show you the Certification Courses that apply to your province.
Everything in the membership, plus your SeeWhyLearning LLQP Certification Course and its certification exam. Common Law, Civil Code or Canada-wide, depending on your province.

About the program
What is the New Business Associate program?
It is designed to help you become a licensed life insurance agent, with structured training, mentorship and support from day one through to licensing.
You get live LLQP review classes, a mentor through your Certified Business Trainer, a learning community, and someone in your corner all the way through contracting.

Valid for one year from your registration date.
How long is my registration valid?
One year from your registration date.
If it expires before you are licensed, you need to register again at $199 plus tax for another year. We recommend completing your licensing within the first year.
Cost and payment
Do the fees include the certification and provincial exams?
The SeeWhyLearning Certification Course is included when you register with the Membership and Certification Course option. Budget separately for:
- The Certification Course at $199.99 plus tax, only if you registered for membership only and add it later
- Provincial exam fees, which vary by province
- Annual licence renewal fees, once you are licensed
- Errors and omissions insurance, required for licensed agents

Can I pay monthly?
No. Registration is a one-time annual payment.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express. E-transfer is not available.
What is the refund policy?
The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Eligibility
Why are there pre-screening questions?
Screening protects both you and the company by identifying possible contracting issues before you invest time and money.
To proceed to contracting you need:
- A credit score of 625 or higher
- No undischarged bankruptcy
- No unpaid commission chargeback debt
- No unresolved regulatory issues
- Valid residency status

Can I register with a study permit or a closed work permit?
You may register to learn. Contracting eligibility depends on your residency status.
Eligible for contracting: Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or an open work permit valid six months or longer with no restrictions.
Not eligible for contracting: student permit, closed work permit, refugee claimant or protected person, restricted work permit, or an open work permit expiring within six months.
Greatway does not sponsor work permits.
Getting help
I don't know my Field Leader's VGBID number. Where do I find it?
Ask your Field Leader. It is shown in the top menu of their My Greatway Office account, under their name.
If the person who invited you is not yet licensed, their licensed Field Leader or direct SVP can provide it from the My Agency Hierarchy section of the same account.
Who do I contact if I need help?
Your Field Leader or Certified Business Trainer is your first point of contact for anything about the program.

Contracting questions are handled by a separate team, and your Field Leader can point you there.
